With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Linda Fuqua Tyre of Chipley, Florida, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on April 6, 2025 at the age of 79. She was predeceased by: her parents, Ernest Fuqua and Malinda Fuqua (Gardner); her brother James Fuqua; her parents-in-law, Ervin and Lurene Tyre; her sister-in-law Jesse (Judy Tyre); and her grandson Nolan Spence.
She is survived by: her husband Jerry Tyre; her children, Christopher Tyre (Heather), Mary "Lindy" Brock (Brian), Sara "Cindy" Tyre and James "Jed" Tyre; her grandchildren, Jamie Spence, Jakob Spence, Lance Newcomb, Ally Newcomb and Alex Newcomb; and her in-laws, Ophelia Fuqua, Joyce Caylor (Merle) and Janice Gilmore (JC). She is also survived by numerous nephews, nieces, grand nieces, and grand nephews.
