We bid farewell to Madalene Wells Coggin Culpepper of Chipley, Florida, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on October 3, 2025 at the age of 96. Madalene touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her parents, Murl Redus Coggin and Thelma Wells Coggin; her husband Jack Culpepper of Thomasville, Georgia.; and her cousin Nan Godfrey Locher. She is survived by: her daughter Valerie Culpepper Park (James); her grandchildren, Holly Park Dietrich (Christopher) and Hunter Jackson Park; her great grandchildren, Jackson of Cale, JB and Whit; and her cousin Griff Godfrey.
A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, October 7th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the St. Matthew's Episcopal Church (736 West Blvd, Chipley, FL 32428). A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, October 7th 2025 at the Glenwood Cemetery.
