She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Herbert Wesly and Myrtle Eunice McKinnon; her husband Bobby Ray Ellis; her children, Lisa Ellis Walton (Willis Grant) of Willow Spring, NC, Donna Lynn Ellis of Clayton, NC and Bobby Ray Ellis, Jr.; her grandchildren, Samantha Leigh Walton, Joseph Andrew Walton and Tabitha Elizabeth Ellis; and her siblings, Betty Sue Fraley-Tuohey of Fayetteville, Barbara Diane Diehl and William Jerome Diehl.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Johnston UNC Healthcare Homecare and Hospice P.O. Box 1376 Smithfield, NC 27577.
