She was predeceased by: her parent Madeline Dixon; her husbands, Dennis Winters Sr. and Donald McCartney; her brother Norman Dixon (Thomas Dixon); and her nephew John Dixon.
She is survived by: her sons, Brian Winters, Dennis Winters Jr. and Joseph Winters; her grandchildren, Lacy Johnson, Chelsey Winters (Tylor (Winters) Rinehart), Chasity Barnett and Preston Barnett; and her siblings, William, Ruth Dixon (Ensinger), Anthony, Barbara Falazzo (Dixon), John, Audrey Thorn (Dixon), Donald, Judy Miller (Dixon), E. Clifford, Lisa Dixon (Godek), Tammy Dixon, Kathy Dixon and Ronald Dixon. She is also survived by ten great grandchildren; eleven nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, May 29th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Saturday, May 30th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Bennett and Houser Funeral Home (312 E Locust St, Clearfield, PA 16830). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, May 30th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
