He is survived by: his children, Owen Flanagan IV of Chipley, FL, Sarah Flanagan of Alabama and Melissa Barbee (Joe) of Atlanta, GA; his siblings, Rick Flanagan of Atlanta, GA, Terry Flanagan of Florida, Tim Flanagan of Virginia, Thomas Flanagan of Virginia and Susan Flanagan of Virginia; his grandchildren, Finn, Lyndsey, Gavin, Tommy and Jack; and his great grandchild Luke (Marceline).
A funeral service will be held on Monday, November 3rd 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Theresa Catholic Church (2071 Sunny Hills Blvd, Chipley, FL 32428).
