He was predeceased by: his parents, Arlie Foxworth and Emma Lee Foxworth (Skinner); his brothers, Paul Foxworth, Alvin Foxworth and Johnny Foxworth, Jr.; and his stepdaughters, Leslie Foxworth and Bettie Rhoden.
He is survived by: his wife Bettie Foxworth of Chipley, Florida; his daughter Bathina Shaw of Chipley, Florida; his stepchildren, Dottie Davis (Royce) of Donaldsonville, Georgia, Alrie Foxworth (Tonya) of Adrienne, GA and Calvin Foxworth of Chipley, Florida; his siblings, Jerry Foxworth (Hazel) of Chipley, Florida and Agnes Scurlock (Tommy) of Chipley; and his grandchildren, Shay Batson (Dustin) and Sampson Foxworth (Taylor). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Saturday, September 27th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Brown Funeral Home Chapel (1068 Main St, Chipley, FL 32428). A funeral service was held on Saturday, September 27th 2025 at 4:00 PM at the same location.
