She was predeceased by: her parents, Melvin Mathena and Dorothy Moos; and her siblings, Earl Mathena, William Mathena, David Mathena, Lucille Dahhmeimer and Marie Lutgen.
She is survived by: her husband Richard Windholtz of Chipley, FL; her sons, James Windholtz of Fort Lauderdale, FL, Nolan Windholtz of Chipley, FL and Patrick Windholtz of Fort Lauderdale, FL; her sister Kathleen Clemensen of Las Vegas, Nevada; her grandchildren, Lauren, Caleb, Abby, Jamie and Thomas; and her great grandchild Michael.
