Toby touched many lives and will be remembered fondly for the moments shared and the memories created. Family, friends, and colleagues extend their love and support during this time. While Toby’s presence will be missed, the influence he had on others will remain. Those who knew him will carry forward memories that reflect his character and spirit.
He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Florence, Leo Enos, Robert and Mary Pasman. He is survived by: his parents, Pamela Pasman and Jerry Pasman; and his sister Brandi Klanjac (Adam). He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins.
Visitation was held on Saturday, October 17th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Catalyst Church (3901 W Hwy 390, Panama City, FL 32405). A celebration of life was held on Saturday, October 17th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family request donations are made in Toby's honor to help with the final expense.
