It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Willie L Davis of Chipley, Florida, who passed away on July 30, 2025, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his daughter Annette Lee Kennedy; and his sister Sandra Davis Collins. He is survived by: his wife Linda Davis; his children, Cyrilla Eady (Kenneth), Stephanie Lee, Bobby Lee, Jr., Mary, Anthony Lee (Lisa), Tony T. Davis, Steven Davis (Asha), Demetrius Davis (Charitie), Willie James Davis, Tamara Davis, Cassandra Davis, Terry Davis and NaKeisha Davis; and his siblings, Clinton Davis (Linda), James Davis (Ruth Ann), Arthur Davis, Kenneth Davis (Dione), Glenn Davis (Terria), Ricky Davis (Cassaline) and Carrie Peterson (Roy). He is also survived by 44 grandchildren with a host of greatgrand children, neices, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, August 8th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM at the Cooper Funeral Home (1220 Church Ave, Chipley, FL 32428-1557). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, August 9th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Jerusalem Baptist Church (648 Bennett Dr, Chipley, FL 32428).
