He is survived by: his wife Genaline Ratermann; his daughters, Jennifer Ratermann and Kareene Lamarche; and his siblings, Bernard Ratermann, Janet Marie Oliver and Mary Bornman (Bruce). He is also survived by his many cousins, nieces and nephews.
