Family, friends, and acquaintances remember Annette for her warmth, thoughtfulness, and the moments shared together. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Robert Lee and Anne Bailey; her sister Nina Bailey of Owasso; and her niece Jennifer Gooding of Owasso. She was also cherished by great nephew, a great niece, and two cousins.
A celebration of life will be held on Monday, October 19th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Derbyshire Baptist Church (8800 Derbyshire Rd, Henrico, Virginia 23229).
