He was predeceased by: his mother Maria Napoletano (Bari) of Bisceglie; and his brother Mario Leuci. He is survived by: his wife Janet Margaret Leuci (Berard); and his children, Anthony John Leuci (Kristine Marie Orr), Thomas Michael Leuci (Tracey England Horton) and Linda Maria Rodriguez (Basil Anthony Rodriguez).
