She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Phillip McManus and Arvada McManus; her husband Thomas Ruggles; her daughters, Kim Shealy (Brent) of Lexington, SC and Kelly Miller (Jim) of Tampa; her siblings, Marilyn Osborn, Kerry McManus of Cincinnati, OH and Phillip McManus, Jr. of Edgewater, NJ; and her grandchildren, Elizabeth Shealy, Abigail and Thomas Miller.
