She was predeceased by: her parents, Nicholas Cerro and Rose Cerro (Viggiano); her siblings, Vincent "Whitey" (Agnes Cerro), Felix "Phil" (Virginia Cerro), Nicholas "Nick" Cerro and Philomena Cerro; her parents-in-law, Patrick and Margaret McCabe; and her siblings-in-law, Patricia and Robert Seelman.
She is survived by: her husband Bill; her son David; her daughter-in-law Dawn McCabe of St. Petersburg, FL; her daughter Karen; her son-in-law Gino LaRusso of Gilbert, SC; her stepgranddaughters, Samantha Manzella, Breonna LaRusso and Janelle Skidmore; and her sister-in-law Janet Cerro. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, those wishing to express an act of kindness in Carmelita's memory, may make a donation to The Cathedral of St. Jude the Apostle or a charity of choice.
