He was predeceased by : his wife Josephine Ciardullo; his son Steven Ciardullo; his brother John Ciardullo; and his parents, Augusta Ciardullo and John Ciardullo.

He is survived by : his children, Joann Ciardullo, Robert Ciardullo (Jeanette Greulich) and Dana Ciardullo (Brian Hammond); and his brothers, Robert Ciardullo and Richard Ciardullo. He is also survived by five grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
