Though Carol may no longer walk beside us, her legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
She is survived by: her son Scott Edward; her husband Gerald Dean Mead; her daughters, Margaret Mead and Alice Hammer (Michael); her grandson Ryan Michael Hammer; and her sisters, Kathryn Anne Prince (Maurice) and Doris Elaine Johnson. She is also survived by many cousins, Nieces and Nephews.
