He was predeceased by: his parents, Evelyn Pennington and Earl Pennington. He is survived by: his wife Joyce Pennington; his sons, Miles Pennington and Adam Pennington (Isabelle Huck-Pennington); his stepdaughter Melissa Hughes (Sharon Herman); and his pets, Bailey and Rusty.
A graveside service was held on Wednesday, July 16th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Sylvan Abbey Memorial Park (2860 Sunset Point Rd, Clearwater, FL 33759).
In lieu of flowers, donations in Fred's memory may be made to the SPCA, honoring his love for animals.
