He is survived by: his daughter Patricia Alyce Jacobs of Clearwater, FL; his grandchildren, Heather Leigh Chapman of New Orleans and Lindsay Renee Chapman of New Orleans; his son Paul Scanlan Jacobs (Mary Taylor); his grandchildren, Taylor Ann Prascak (Andrew) of Safety Harbor, FL, Samantha Campodonico (Joe) of Monroe, NC, Duggan Martin Jacobs of Safety Harbor, FL and John Jay Jacobs (Sherri) of Topeka, KS.; and his great grandchildren, Elizabeth Chapman, Jacob Andrew Prascak, Luke Taylor Prascak, Melanie Ruth Campadonico and Cecile Avery Campadonico.
