She was predeceased by: her parents, Claire Hofmeister and Magdalena Stevens Hofmeister; her daughter Jennifer Hazelton; and her brother Craig Hofmeister. She is survived by: her husband Ken Hazelton; her son Eric Hazelton; her daughter-in-law Marisa Hazelton; her grandchildren, Karly Hazelton, Ryan Hazelton and Michael Koppinger; her sister-in-law Lynn Drasin; her niece Danelle Hazelton; and her nephew Max Hazelton.
