With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Constance A. Heisey of Clearwater, Florida, who passed away on November 26, 2023 at the age of 99. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Franklin Wiest and Molly Wiest (Saltzer); her husband Robert; and her daughter Bonnie. She is survived by : her son Russell (Anna Rita); and her siblings, Woodrow Wiest, Betty Sundy and Dollly Bennett. She is also survived by 5 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
