He is survived by: his wife Lupi; his children, Christy Contreras, Cindy Hestand and David Jr.; his sister Carol Vaughn; his grandchildren, Zach, Adam, Corey, Jacob H., Lillian, Jacob C. and Tyler; and his niece Angela.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, December 6th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Calvary Catholic Cemetery (11801 US-19, Clearwater, FL 33764).
