She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph'Junior' Barker and Bobbie Barker (Luttrell); and her brother Randy Barker (Kim) of Middletown. She is survived by: her husband Kenneth Horn; her son Tory Morton (Lisa); her grandsons, Landon and Tate (FL) of Orlando; her aunts, Kathy Kelsey (FL) of Oak Hill and Betty Borchers Conder of Ohio; and her niece Erin Betas (OH) of Cleves.
