“My condolences to Dinel's loved ones. She reached out to me when she discovered that I, like her, was researching the family of common ancestors (William and Martha Wallace), and I spent hours with her on the phone, sharing emails and stories, etc. She was very dedicated to her work and I hope that I, and others who also enjoy researching our family as she did, can honor her by continuing the quest. She was a wonderful woman and I feel very blessed by her efforts. -Ken Jones”

“For Rod and other family members, our sincere condolences for your loss. My association with Dinel mainly goes back to student days at UMD in Duluth when we realized we share a common great grandfather and over the years a common interest in genealogy. In Dinel's case that was a lifelong passion and I often got to do research for her back in Minnesota. Family meant a lot to Dinel and I will miss our many conversations about who came from where and how they are related to whom. Blessings Rod!”
