She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Eugene Filiopoulos and Konstandina Filiopoulos; her husband Edward Ruiz; her children, Tina Ruiz and Russell Ruiz; and her brother Alex Filiopoulos.
A funeral service was held on Wednesday, July 23rd 2025 at 9:00 AM at the Holy Trinity Greek Orthodox Church (409 Old Coachman Rd., Clearwater, FL 33765).
