It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Frankie Joyce Hartman (Clearwater, Florida), who passed away on April 12, 2022, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Raymond D. Hartman of Fort Jones, California; and her brothers, Lendon Whitworth of California and Norman Whitworth of California. She is survived by: her daughter Pamela Samaniego (Scott); her grandson Reid Samaniego of Palm Harbor, Florida; and her siblings, Velda Boatman of Clovis, California and Fred Whitworth of Erie, Illinois. She is also survived by many loving cousins and extended family.
