He is survived by: his girlfriend Christine Sterling; his brother Kevin Mayfield (Phyllis); his sister-in-law Teressa Sitzes Mayfield; his son Austin Mayfield; and his nieces and nephews, Chris, Dustin, Amanda, Shayna and Jason.
