She was predeceased by: her parents, Gertrude Mae and William Cory Burk. She is survived by: her daughters, Dawn Mae Blair and Melinda Gill (John M.); her grandchildren, Austin Blair and Marissa Blair; her brother William Michael Burk; her husband Earl Labar; and her sisters, Jean Napier, Nancy Collinsworth and Grace Kimberly Jenkins. She is also survived by many extended family members and dear friends.
