It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Harriet Singletary Rayner of Clearwater, Florida, born in Tarpon Springs, Florida, who passed away on May 18, 2023, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry K. Singletary, Sr. and Kinnie Faison Singletary; her husband Earl; and her siblings, Barbara West and Harry K. Singletary, Jr..

She is survived by: her children, Michael Keith (Meredith) and Michele Rayner-Goolsby (Bianca); her grandson Matthew Rayner; and her sisters-in-law, Essie Mae Jones, Ann Rayner and Angeline Rayner. She is also survived by grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins and sorority sisters.
