He was predeceased by: his parents, Lt. Colonels Al and Gladys Osborne (Ruth). He is survived by: his former wife Ruth Campbell; his wife Lt. Colonel Shirley Osborne; his daughter Lt. Colonel Connie Canning (Don); his brothers, Ronnie (Ruth) and Harry Osborne; his foster daughter Minnie Orsburn; his grandchildren, Captain Philip Canning (Elaine) and Stephanie Rutledge (Victor); and his great grandchildren, Abigail, Jackson Canning, Caroline, Taylor, Allison and Levi Rutledge.
