He is survived by: his wife Barbara Sparks Rawe; his siblings, Harold Rawe and Marlene Reinert; his children, Jim Rawe, Jr., Amy Vassallo and Melissa Kelly; his sons-in-law, Ricky Vassallo and Martin Kelly; his grandchildren, Jenna, Katie, Jay, Ali, Cara, Ty and Jessalyn; and his great grandchildren, SJ, Mason and Emmy. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
