He was predeceased by: his spouse Shirley Ann Hastings (Patricia); his parents, Ray Hastings and Hazel Lane Hastings; and his brother Orville Lee Hastings. He is survived by: his granddaughters, Ashley and Lindsey; his daughters, Jeannine Ann Hodges (Mark Hodges) and Lisa Michele Bruton (Greg Bruton); his grandchildren, Heather Hodges and Andrew Bruton (Vanessa Bruton); and his great grandchildren, Lily Hodges, Trey Fordis, Aria Fordis and Noah Hodges. He is also survived by married to his loving wife.
