She is survived by: her parents, Nick Cruz and Debbie Cruz of Lakeland, FL; her husband Paul McCarthy; her stepchildren, Kayla McCarthy of Navarre, FL and Aaron McCarthy of Lincoln Park, MI; her brother Jarrod Cruz-Stipsits (Brian); and her nephew Logan of Hernando Beach, FL. She is also survived by numerous cousins, aunts and uncles, her grandmother and hundreds of friends.
