She was predeceased by: her parents, H. Joseph Mansmann and Helen Mansmann; and her grandson Tyler Miller. She is survived by: her husband Kurt Kamps; her sister Karen Mansmann; her daughter Barbara Miller; her stepchildren, Christine Herron (Sean) and Kevin Kamps; her granddaughters, Alexandra and Katherine Miller; and her stepgrandchildren, Matthew Herron (Clare) and Megan Curren (Nick).
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, June 21st 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Sylvan Abbey Funeral Home (2853 Sunset Point Rd, Clearwater, FL 33759).
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Greater Largo Library Foundation (http://www.gllf.org.) and the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation, causes important to Joan.
