Jacob Dykstra (Christine Kooi), Cornelia Knapik (Henry), Ann Bos (Ray) and Agnes Friesema (Gerhardt).
He is survived by: his wife Sue (Ragucci); his sons, James of Griffith, IN, Robert (Linda Klesker) of Rockton, IL, Rev. Michael (Trudy VanderZouwen) of Grand Rapids, MI and William (Sherrie Brouwer) of Grand Rapids, MI; his grandchildren, Heather Kooy, Lisa Rudy (Robert), Elizabeth Case, Benjamin Kooy, Hillary Kooy, Lindsay Dillon (Nathaniel), Michael Kooy, Carolyn VanAllen (Mark), Hendrika Kooy, Nicholas Kooy (Linnea Carrera), Dan Kooy (Lisa Vannette), Mary Kooy (Marcus Dengerink), Laura Knauf (Trevor) and Sarah Witteveen (Jeremy); and his great grandchildren, Amanda, Jacob, Samuel, Anneka, Shannon, Olivia, Madeline, Evan of Alyssa, AJ, Aaron, Louisa, Eliott, Emilia, Hannah, William, Benjamin, Hendrik, Audrey, Claire, Jackson, Weston, Eli, Oscar, Aiden, Kenzie, Evelyn and James.
