He was predeceased by : his father Arthur Miller. He is survived by : his siblings, Cindy Miller of Dallas, Dr. Sandra Miller Portman, Valerie Prest, Scott and Doug Druker; his mother Ann Strother of Clearwater; his uncle Dr. Bernard Portman; his niece Savannah; and his nephews, Michael Portman, David and Ben Golden. He is also survived by friends, colleagues, and the extended family.
