Smoak; her sons, Joshua Smoak and Jordan Smoak; her stepchildren, Karissa L. McCabe (John) and Rikki A. Fletcher (Chris); and her siblings, Jeff Heim, Bill Heim, Bob Heim, Kevin Heim and Lisa Heim. She is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
