He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Williams and Audrey Williams; and his wife Kathy. He is survived by: his sister Linda Williams; his daughter Tracie Spencer (Williams); his son-in-law Jeremy Spencer; his daughter Audrey Williams-Dillard; and his grandchildren, Taryn Spencer, Christopher Williams, Teagan Spencer, Hailee Dillard, Serenity Seay and Troy Seay Jr..
