He was predeceased by : his grandparents, Aubyn and Josephine Townsend of Connelly Springs, NC, Roy and Celia Jordan of Morganton, NC; and his step-sister Stephanie Jordan Neece.

He is survived by : his wife Cassie Jordan; his daughter Rilee Jordan; his parents, Patricia and David Brookbank, Roy and Debbie Jordan his brothers, Jason Jordan (Sheila) of McLeansville, NC, Jarrett Jordan (Lisa) of Summerfield, NC and David Brookbank, Jr. (Amanda) of High Point, NC; and his nieces and nephews, Dylan, Emily, Jackson and William Jordan Landon Hedgecock, Maddie and Leeza Brookbank) and Kaley and Jacob Neece).

Lee had been on the Kidney Transplant list for four years; thus, in lieu of flowers, please consider becoming a living organ donor.
