He is survived by: his wife Willie Pearl Mack; his children, Anthony "Tony" Burton of Tuskegee, AL, Samuel, Jr. of Clearwater, FL, Creston of Clearwater, FL, Price of Clearwater, FL, Penethia of South Pasadena, FL and Patriva of Tampa, FL; his adoptive children, Craig and Veronica; his siblings, Louise Ambrose, Barbara Kinnebrew (Philip) of Tuskegee, AL, Oscar Johnson (Mary) of Valrico, FL, Michael, Maxine Williams of Akron, OH and Kenny Jackson of Long Beach, CA; his godson Louie McIver of Clearwater, FL; his grandsons, Carlton Owens II (Doris), Termaine Jackson (Nina), Ojah Vasser and Christian Hooks; his great grandchild Kensley Jackson; his aunts, Ruth Smith, Bernadine Tolan of Georgia and Ruthie Mae Williams of Montgomery; and his sister Isay Gulley. He is also survived by other extended family and friends.
