She is survived by: her children, Rick Lee Maynard, Angela Lee Allison, Mark Lee Maynard and Matthew Lee Maynard; and her grandchildren, Kristen, Colton, Max, Mason, Morgan and Carson. She is also survived by six great-grandchildren.
