He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward and Wanda. He is survived by: his wife Karen; his sons, John (Erika) and Ben (Melanie); his brother Joe (Judy); his grandchildren, Olivia, Melody and Aryah; and his sibling's children, Bo, Jena, Wendy, Grant, Rhonda, Ronnie, Rardee, David, Deanna, Emily, Michele, Amy, Matt, Amanda, Christina and Ali.
