She was predeceased by : her parents, Norman Livingston Kirkland III and Margaret Kirkland. She is survived by : her husband Lewis Howell; her sons, Michael Howell (Savannah) of Dunedin and Christopher Howell (Vicki) of Odessa; her grandchildren, Jacob, Cody and Meagan Howell; and her brother Norman "Chic" Kirkland IV. She is also survived by her family and friends.
