He is survived by: his wife Katherine "Kitty" Hulick (Ralph); his daughter Keri Johnston (Randy Johnston); his grandsons, Kurtis Johnston (Jordan Johnston) and Connor Johnston; and his great grandchildren, Emmy, Lavyne and Winnie Johnston.
