He is survived by: his daughters, Michelle Balthasar, Renee Balthasar and Nicole Daffer; his grandchildren, Denise Touse (Kyle Touse), Andrew Daffer and Owen Daffer; Mark Daffer. He is also survived by many extended family members and dear friends.
A funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, September 26th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St Michael the Archangel Catholic Church (2281 State Rd 580, Clearwater, FL 33763).
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that a donation be made in Noel's memory to the American Diabetes Association (diabetes.org) or the American Heart Association (heart.org).
