He was predeceased by: his spouse Poppy Vlasidis; his parents, Giorgios Vlasidis and Paraskevi Vlasidis; his brother Christos Vlasidis; and his siblings-in-law, Yiannis Tzouras and Mary Anthis (John).
He is survived by: his children, George Vlasidis, Nick Vlasidis (Annette) and Patricia Moraitakis (Markos); his grandchildren, Petro Vlasidis, Eleni Moraitakis, Dimitri Vlasidis, Kalliopi Moraitakis and Efstratios Moraitakis; his sister Mairi Tzoura; and his siblings-in-law, Pitsa Vlasidou, Anastasios Venizelos and Yianna Binioris (Chris). He is also survived by nieces, nephews.
In lieu of flowers, family requests memorial contributions may be made in his memory to Holy Trinity Greek Orthodox Church.
