It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard L. Frost of Clearwater, Florida, born in Holyoke, Massachusetts, who passed away on July 24, 2023, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Joseph Frost and Valerya Frost (Nowakowski); his son Peter; his brother Joseph, Jr.; his wife Carol; his daughter Leslie Buck (Mark); his siblings, Mark (Kathy) and Jacqueline Frost; and his grandchildren, Tim, Jayme and Krista. He was also cherished by 8 great-grandchildren.
