“I met Roger in 2019 when we moved in. He was always ready to offer advice and truly cared about our community. He was a part of CFS for a long time & Always had smile on his face. Roger would go over to the gym and ride the bike almost every morning and he would say he had to keep it moving. He mentioned helping out at his church. My dog Brisky would always love on him and would reach down and pet her. So Sweet. You are Missed by many here at CFS. Rest in Peace Roger. 🥲🙏🏻”

He knew everyone on a first name basis and had all the institutional history of the association. I worked with him on the Board of Directors several times. He was basically a fixture in our condos.
