He was predeceased by: his brother Andrew Douglas; his grandparents, Dr. Harold, Neal Carroll and Erna Douglas; and his uncle Steve Carroll.
He is survived by: his parents, Dennis Douglas and Donna Douglas; and his brother Matthew Douglas.
