He was predeceased by: his wife Theresa S. Serpa (Volk); his father John P. Serpa; and his siblings, Karen Serpa, John Paul Serpa and Kathy Thwaite.
He is survived by: his mother Lillian J. Serpa (Almeida); his children, Steven J. Serpa, Jr., Matthew Serpa, Nicolas Serpa, Kelley Serpa and Kelsey M. Serpa; his sister Patty Serpa; and his stepsister Beverley Sweeney. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
