He was predeceased by: his parents, John Howard and Lena Amanda Berg (Days); his brothers, Richard W. Berg and Thomas H. Berg; and his nephew Todd A. Berg.
He is survived by: his daughter Ashley Heilman (Nate); his grandson Ethan; his sister Bonnie Zenil (Berg); and his nieces and nephews, Craig Zenil, Jeff Berg, Maria, Amanda Zenil and Kelly Ross.
